About the Role
Our client is hiring a Director of Content Ecosystem to lead global content operations and scale AI-powered content creation and distribution systems. This leadership role will focus on building strategic partnerships, launching influencer networks, and empowering international dealer channels through scalable content solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Partnership Strategy
- Establish strategic collaborations with major platforms (TikTok, YouTube, Meta) to gain:
- Early access to algorithm changes
- Platform-exclusive traffic subsidy opportunities
- Build a centralized performance monitoring system to track metrics like lead conversion rates and dealer referral volume.
Creator Ecosystem Development
- Build a database of over 1,000 MCNs, and co-develop an AI-powered creator scoring model (audience quality, niche fit).
- Incubate 10+ local automotive influencers, each with 500K+ followers, within 6 months.
- Develop a virtual influencer program to reduce dependency on human content creators by 40%.
Dealer Empowerment & Scalable Content Tools
- Deliver standardized content toolkits, including:
- Multilingual script generation
- Local influencer matching
- Built-in compliance checks
- Reduce per-content production cost to 30% of the industry average.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in global content operations, with 3+ years in Southeast Asia markets.
- Proven experience managing influencer networks with 500K+ followers; automotive industry experience is a strong plus.
- Up-to-date expertise on TikTok and YouTube algorithms (e.g., Search Ads Toggle, Shorts distribution logic).
- Proficient in Python/SQL to conduct independent attribution and channel performance analysis.
- Fluent in English (IELTS 7.0 or equivalent) and at least one Southeast Asian language.
