Affiliate Marketing Specialist (Online Trading Industry)

Our client is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Specialist to manage and grow affiliate relationships in the online trading space. This role is ideal for a native Japanese speaker with experience in affiliate marketing and performance evaluation. This is a remote role, but candidates must be available for a one-week onsite training at the start of employment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners targeting the Japanese market
• Monitor affiliate campaigns and evaluate their performance (traffic, conversion rates, ROI)
• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliate partners
• Provide partners with creative materials, updates, and performance insights
• Optimize affiliate activity to ensure profitability and alignment with business goals
• Analyze affiliate data and generate reports for continuous improvement

🔹 Requirements:

• Native Japanese speaker (must-have)
• Strong English communication skills
• At least 2 years’ experience in affiliate marketing, preferably in the online trading, financial services, or iGaming industry
• Familiar with affiliate platforms and tools
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data
• Proactive and self-motivated, able to manage partnerships independently

🕘 Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (occasional Saturday if needed)
