Who We Are

Pro Marketer is a performance marketing agency scaling DTC e-commerce brands across supplements, wellness, skincare, and apparel. We run paid media (Meta, Google, Amazon), email (Klaviyo), and now AI-powered creative production. We don't make pretty work — we make work that converts and scales.

The Problem We're Solving

Our creative output is the bottleneck. Demand is outpacing production. We need a designer who works fast, thinks in systems, and uses AI to multiply output without dropping quality.

What You'll Own

• Performance creative for Meta/paid social — static ads, carousels, UGC-style concepts, and iteration at volume (we test, we don't guess)

• Email design — Klaviyo campaigns and flows that look sharp and drive revenue

• Brand & creative work — landing pages, decks, social content, brand assets across multiple client accounts

• AI-accelerated production — using AI tools to cut turnaround time and scale variations

What You Need

• 5+ years in graphic/performance design (agency or in-house DTC e-commerce strongly preferred)
• A portfolio showing ad creative that performed, not just visual polish — bonus if you can speak to results
• Real fluency in Figma, Adobe Suite, and AI design tools (Midjourney, Runway, Canva AI, Photoshop generative fill, or similar)
• Email design experience (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or comparable ESP)
• Ability to take a brief and ship — minimal hand-holding, fast iteration, strong eye for hierarchy and conversion
• You understand that an ad's job is to stop the scroll and sell, not win design awards

Bonus Points

• Experience designing for supplements, wellness, or Amazon listings
• Motion/video editing (CapCut, Premiere, After Effects)
• Familiarity with conversion principles and direct-response design
• You've built or used creative templates/systems to scale output
