Product Designer / UI-UX Designer

PRIVON is looking for a Product Designer / UI-UX Designer to join our team.

PRIVON is a private hospitality membership platform connecting selected members with selected restaurants and hotels. We are building a refined, membership-based experience around access, privileges, and curated hospitality.

We are looking for a strong designer who can elevate both our mobile app and web experience. Not only visually, but also strategically. This role is not just about designing screens; it is about shaping how PRIVON feels, how members move through the product, and how a premium hospitality brand should live across digital touchpoints.

You will work closely with our engineering team to improve the current experience, refine key user flows, build scalable design systems, and bring a more sophisticated visual and interaction language to the platform.

Responsibilities:

- Design and improve mobile app and web experiences end-to-end

- Refine onboarding, request access, membership, discovery, and reservation flows

- Improve the overall UI quality, visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, and interaction patterns

- Build and maintain a scalable design system

- Create high-fidelity prototypes and product flows

- Collaborate closely with our full-stack developer and team

- Use AI tools to accelerate design exploration, UX thinking, prototyping, and visual development

- Help define the digital experience of a premium hospitality membership brand

What we are looking for:

- Strong experience in product design, UI/UX design, or digital product design

- Excellent Figma skills

- Strong mobile app and responsive web design experience

- A refined visual taste with an understanding of premium, luxury, hospitality, lifestyle, or membership-driven products

- Ability to think beyond visuals and understand user behavior, conversion, retention, and product strategy

- Experience creating design systems and reusable components

- Strong attention to detail in typography, layout, spacing, and micro-interactions

- Comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment

- Strong AI fluency and the ability to use AI tools effectively in the design process

Nice to have:

- Experience with hospitality, travel, lifestyle, luxury products

- Experience with Framer, Webflow, or no-code prototyping tools

- Motion design or micro-interaction experience

- Understanding of product analytics and conversion-focused design

Working model:

Hybrid or on-site.
