Prismera is an early-stage AI startup building foundational infrastructure for commercial real estate. We automate the workflows that waste the most time and create the most risk, starting with document abstraction, portfolio analysis, and compliance. Responsibilities

• Architect and ship end-to-end features using Python, TypeScript, and React
• Integrate LLM services (e.g., Gemini) and vector search (e.g., Qdrant) into production systems
• Lead development across data ingestion, semantic parsing, and structured storage
• Build low-latency, observable backend services with strong containerization
• Partner with design and product to build high-leverage user interfaces and tools
• Drive delivery from problem scoping to deployment with full autonomy
• Improve performance for long-context inference and retrieval workflows

Qualifications

• Proven experience building and maintaining full-stack systems at scale
• Deep knowledge of Python, React, TypeScript, and modern build tools
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and in-context prompt engineering
• Understanding of vector databases, embeddings, and similarity search
• Strong coding discipline: clear, tested, maintainable code
• Comfortable with Git, Docker, CI/CD, and cloud-native infrastructure
• Bonus: background in NLP, unstructured data workflows, or B2B SaaS
