What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Own and manage the CEO's calendar to protect deep work time and enforce priorities
• Oversee internal communication and follow-up processes to ensure accountability across the organization
• Manage project timelines and accountability for organizational initiatives using project management tools
• Handle end-to-end hiring operations for key roles, ensuring a fast and efficient process
• Track and report on metrics, including monthly P&L analysis and KPI dashboards

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Proven experience in operational roles, ideally supporting a CEO or high-level executive
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on detail and clarity
• High level of discretion and trustworthiness when handling sensitive information
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Trello, Asana, or Notion

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in hiring operations and managing recruitment processes
• Proficiency in Spanish to assist with local projects and communication
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in business operations
• Previous experience in a fast-paced startup or entrepreneurial environment
