The Role – This is NOT Just Another UI Job

• You’ll design a trading experience that’s effortless, intuitive, and utterly addictive—users should never want to leave.

• You’ll own the UX strategy, crafting seamless user journeys that optimise engagement and retention.

• You’ll take direct input from traders and refine the platform based on real user behaviour—not just best practices.

• You’ll be solving real trading pain points—reducing friction, increasing speed, and ensuring every decision makes sense at a glance.

• You’ll collaborate with engineers to bring designs to life without losing functionality or speed.

• You’ll have the freedom to experiment, iterate, and push boundaries in UX.
