About the Job

The Domain Area operateM2C is responsible for the operation and further development of the new Meter2Cash system landscape within the group’s network division.

Within the overall context of the Domain Area, the Domain Data & Analytics develops all reporting relevant to the Meter2Cash processes in order to provide various stakeholders (e.g., internal group clients, external market partners, regulatory authorities, etc.) with information and insights.

The assignment is focused on the development, enhancement, and operation of data models in SAP BW/4HANA.

The functional context is within the area of market communication and master data reporting.

Your responsibilities:

• Translation of provided business requirements in the context of case clarification analyses into a technical solution design, taking into account the development standards defined by the client.
• Technical definition, documentation, and presentation (for approval) of data models in the Business Warehouse in line with the defined business requirements.
• Implementation of data models for BDO market communication & master data reporting based on relevant source systems (SAP MaCo Cloud, SAP S/4 Utilities, CSV data sources), including the creation of technical objects and coding in SAP BW/4HANA using ABAP and SQL.
• Implementation aligned with the prioritization of the Product Owner, based on planned top initiatives, harmonized business requirements, and quality assurance measures to ensure operational stability.
• Clarifications with stakeholders, including identification of logical inconsistencies and execution of data cleansing activities.

To fit this post, we look after:

• Strong experience with SAP BW/4HANA
• Good knowledge of: SAP S/4HANA Utilities, ABAP, SQL (especially HANA SQL)
• Experience building data models in SAP BW
• Designing data models / data warehouse structures
• Translating business requirements
• Working with reporting & analytics use cases
• Understanding of: Data flows, ETL processes, Data quality / cleansing
• Experience integrating data from: SAP systems (especially utilities), External data (e.g. CSV files)
• Bonus if you know: SAP Analytics Cloud or SAP MaCo Cloud
• German and English mandatory for business communication
