Position Overview
We are an innovative AI-powered growth Marketing Agency dedicated to serving the Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) market. We seek a talented and detail-oriented Freelance Paid Ads Marketing Attribution Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data analysis and marketing attribution to help our clients optimize their advertising strategies and maximize their ROI.
Key Responsibilities
Attribution Modeling: Develop and implement advanced attribution models to accurately measure the impact of various paid advertising channels on conversions and customer acquisition.
Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets from multiple sources (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to identify trends, performance metrics, and actionable insights.
Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and dashboards that clearly communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing strategists, media buyers, and data scientists to align attribution strategies with overall marketing goals.
Optimization: Provide data-driven recommendations for optimizing ad spend across channels based on performance analysis and attribution insights.
A/B Testing: Design and analyze A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of different ad creatives, targeting strategies, and landing pages.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing analytics and attribution.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in analytics are a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing analytics, specifically focusing on paid advertising channels.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Excel).
Experience with attribution modeling tools (e.g., Attribution, Ruler Analytics, Supermetrics, funnel.io).
Knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
DTC Experience: Familiarity with the DTC market and its unique challenges and opportunities is highly desirable.
