As a Motion Graphics & Animation Specialist, you will bring stories to life through dynamic visuals that combine design, animation, video, and sound. You excel in creating motion-driven content that captures attention and emotion, blending technical expertise with creative vision. With a strong foundation in animation, VFX, and post-production, you understand how to craft compelling narratives that resonate across platforms. You will report to the Vice President, Art and collaborate closely with creative teams to elevate client projects with world-class motion graphics.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and produce engaging 2D and 3D motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for video campaigns, brand assets, and social media.
• Translate creative briefs and scripts into dynamic and emotive animated sequences.
• Seamlessly combine live-action footage (camera or drone) with animation, motion graphics, VFX, and sound to create polished, cinematic experiences
• Use Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and related tools to edit video, composite elements, and create high-end animated sequences.
• Partner with internal teams and clients to brainstorm concepts, refine storyboards, and deliver on creative vision.
• Ensure all work meets industry standards for file organization, colour profiles, rendering, and delivery across platforms.
• Incorporate notes from key creatives and clients, providing thoughtful solutions to achieve final creative goals.

Requirements

• 2–5 years in a motion graphics, animation, or post-production role at a creative agency or production studio.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator; strong experience with VFX, compositing, and animation workflows. Knowledge of Final Cut Pro and CapCut is an asset.
• Strong compositional skills that unify typography, color, and shape expressed through motion design.
• Deep understanding of animation principles, video formats, codecs, and color spaces/profiles.
• A strong body of work demonstrating advanced animation, motion graphics, and storytelling skills across a range of media.
• Creative Versatility: Ability to work across multiple styles, from sleek corporate animations to bold, experimental visuals

$70,000 - $90,000 a year

Our total compensation package includes, base, bonus, health benenfits and a 401k program.
