- Brand Templates
- Brand Creative Assets (icons, illustrations, sonic branding, etc.)
- Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Marketing, R&D, PMO).
- Facilitate workflow using Wrike or other project management tools (Monday, Asana, Workfront).
- Manage documentation, reporting, and portfolio data accuracy.
- Analyze project portfolio and provide clear dashboards and summaries to leadership.
- Liaise with freelance and agency partners to manage deliverables.
- Champion team success, clarity in communication, and problem-solving through root-cause analysis.
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- 5–7 years of experience in project management in a design/creative brand environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with tools like Wrike, Workfront, Asana, or Monday.
- Expertise in managing brand equity projects (not digital products or IT projects).
- Prior experience with brand assets: guidelines, templates, toolkits, typography, icons, etc.
- Proficiency in MS Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal, and strong collaboration in remote settings.
- Comfortable taking initiative while keeping teams informed and aligned.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Preferred/Nice to Have:
- Experience with global teams and enterprise organizations.
- Previous work on corporate/parent brands (e.g., P&G), not individual product marketing.
- Background in CPG/FMCG or Self Care sector (digestive health, Nicorette, Orsl).
- Familiarity with design and packaging workflows.
