You’ll get the opportunity to work across the stack (they use C#, Vue, TypeScript, and MongoDB) and tackle increasingly complex challenges, with the right balance of autonomy and guidance.
What you’ll be doing
- Designing, building, debugging, and maintaining scalable applications across the stack.
- Working hand-in-hand with designers, product teams, and engineers to deliver solutions that matter.
- Leading and contributing to code reviews, sharing knowledge, and upholding best practices.
- Troubleshooting tricky problems in both frontend and backend systems.
- Staying curious and exploring and adopting new tools, technologies, and approaches.
- Helping improve their engineering processes, developer experience, and overall culture.
- Deeply understanding the business to ensure systems are secure, reliable, and resilient.
What they’re looking for:
- 2–5 years of professional software engineering experience.
- Strong skills in an object-oriented language (C#, Java, C++, or Python).
- Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks such as Vue, React, or Angular.
- Knowledge of software engineering best practices: version control, testing, CI/CD.
- Experience working in agile teams.
- Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to learning.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
It will be a huge advantage if you have:
- Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Exposure to tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, or Cloudflare.
- Experience with LaunchDarkly, Figma, or similar tools.
- A natural curiosity and drive to keep learning.
