Full time Jewlery graphic designer

I'm looking for a Full-Time Virtual Assistant – Jewelry Image Editor & Asset Organizer (Luxury Branding)

Schedule: 8 hours/day, Monday–Friday

Location: Remote

We're hiring a highly organized, full-time Virtual Assistant with expert-level experience in jewelry photo editing, brand asset creation, and visual file organization to support the creative and marketing team of a luxury jewelry brand.

💼 Responsibilities:

•  Organize digital assets using Dropbox (or similar), with clearly labeled folders by project to ensure easy team access.

•  Edit product photos for social media with branded watermarks, rounded corners, and lighting adjustments (reference style: Verragio Instagram).

•  Retouch jewelry images, swap backgrounds, and creatively repurpose visual content for multiple formats.

•  Collaborate with the marketing team to design and deliver high-end visual assets for:

◦  Instagram & social media platforms

◦  Website banners

◦  Billboards & printed marketing

◦  Internal presentations and client decks

•  Build branded marketing templates in proper formats for repeat use across channels.

•  Maintain a consistent luxury aesthetic across all visual content.

•  Use Figma (or similar tools) to build and share branded assets with the creative team.

💎 You’re a Great Fit If You:

•  Have hands-on experience editing and enhancing jewelry photos.

•  Are highly skilled in Photoshop, Lightroom, or equivalent tools.

•  Understand light, reflection, and texture editing, especially with metallic and gem surfaces.

•  Are organized and experienced using Dropbox or other structured file systems.

•  Have a portfolio that reflects luxury branding and marketing templates.

•  Are familiar with or comfortable using Figma for collaboration.

•  Are proactive, detail-oriented, and self-driven in a remote team environment.
