I'm looking for a part-time Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a growing business, with the potential to move to full-time based on performance.
Rate: $4 to $6 per hour (depending on experience) Hours: Part-time (with increase to full time)
About the Role: This role is perfect for someone highly organized, self-motivated, and experienced in executive support within a small, fast-moving team. Your job will be to streamline outreach and follow-up processes, manage CRM and project systems, and ensure leads are efficiently handled from cold outreach to booked calls.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct LinkedIn outreach using Sales Navigator
- Pull and organize lead lists from Apollo
- Upload contact data into CRMs and cold email platforms like Instantly
- Manage cold email campaigns and reply to inbound leads
- Qualify and book leads directly onto client calendars
- Work closely with the CEO on executive and project support
- Use project management tools (like Notion, Asana, or Trello) to stay on top of deadlines and tasks
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar support role
- Experience managing CRMs and cold outreach tools
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo
- Strong written English and communication skills
- Highly organized and elite at managing tasks and deadlines
- Comfortable using project management tools (Notion, Asana, Trello, etc.)
Bonus Skills:
- Previous experience in sales support or lead generation
- Familiarity with calendar scheduling tools like Calendly
