About The Company

We’re a UK-based online doctor platform helping users get fast, private consultations and prescriptions. We spend over £8,000/month on Google and Meta ads, and are now looking for a senior performance marketer to scale acquisition while cutting our COA from £16 to under £7.50.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage paid campaigns on Google Search, Meta Ads, YouTube
• Test copy, creatives, and audiences with structured performance frameworks
• Analyze and track results using GA4, UTMs, Meta Pixel, GTM
• Define and optimize landing page flow with CRO Analyst + internal designer
• Monitor full-funnel attribution and propose scaling opportunities
• Reduce COA while increasing consultation bookings and conversions

Must-Have Experience

• 3+ years in growth/performance marketing
• Managed £5k+/month ad budgets with proven ROAS or COA improvements
• Deep understanding of Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, GTM, GA4
• Past experience in lead-gen, telemedicine, or health/DTC verticals
• Fluent English + can brief designers, developers, and execs clearly
