🔍 What will the role involve?

• Translate our brand guidelines into high-quality creative assets across digital, print, and event channels
• Partner closely with marketing, product, and design to deliver on-brand campaigns and collateral
• Own the execution of key brand initiatives like website updates, campaign rollouts, and social media content
• Contribute to the evolution of our brand system, refining and documenting components for scale
• Identify opportunities to enhance our brand presence and keep it fresh, relevant, and distinctive
• Balance creativity with speed — delivering assets that are high-quality and on-brief
• Support a consistent brand experience across every touchpoint
• Help build a design culture focused on craft, clarity, and collaboration

👀 What are we looking for?

• Strong visual design skills — layout, typography, colour theory, and composition
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and motion design tools
• Experience working within and evolving brand systems
• The ability to translate strategy into compelling creative outcomes
• A collaborative mindset — confident working with cross-functional teams
• Motion design, illustration, or 3D design skills are a plus
• Familiarity with digital UX and how brand shows up in product experiences
• Experience in finance or regulated industries is beneficial

Our interview process

• 30 minute call with a Talent Partner
• 45 minute interview with the Hiring Manager
• Technical Interview – Take-home task + presentation
• 60 minute final stage values-alignment interview
