Senior Software Engineer

Specialized in Team Extension, Managed Services, Custom Software, and Nearshore, we currently have a team of over 2350 professionals collaborating on national and international projects across various technologies.

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer for this project!

Responsibilities:

• Configure, troubleshoot, and debug complex software systems.
• Support product setup, customization, and maintenance for client environments.
• Integrate and optimize software components to ensure system performance.
• Diagnose and resolve production issues, ensuring stability and reliability.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through documentation, automation, and best practices.

What are we looking for?

• Strong experience in Java development, debugging, and troubleshooting (5+ years).
• Solid understanding of JVM performance, threading, and memory management.
• Knowledge of RabbitMQ, Zookeeper, Cassandra, Ansible, Docker, and relational databases.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work in customer-facing technical roles with problem-solving mindset.
