Role Overview

We are on the lookout for a dynamic Growth Marketing Manager to drive full-funnel digital marketing strategies across paid and owned channels. This role focuses on D2C customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value optimization. You will be at the forefront of executing high-impact campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, WhatsApp (via Bitespeed), and email.

Key Responsibilities

·        Strategize, launch, and scale performance campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and more

·        Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop and iterate on compelling ad creatives

·        Continuously track and optimize CAC, ROAS, CTRs, and other funnel metrics

·        Decode data to uncover actionable insights for growth

·        Lead retention marketing via Bitespeed: WhatsApp & email automation

·        Build high-performing lifecycle campaigns (welcome flows, cart recovery, post-purchase engagement, etc.)

·        Experiment with A/B testing for content, timing, and segmentation to maximize engagement

·        Support and enhance loyalty, referral, and subscription programs to boost repeat purchases

What You’ll Bring

·        3 - 7 years of experience in D2C performance and retention marketing

·        Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and retention tools (WhatsApp, email)

·        A strong analytical mindset with proficiency in GA4, conversion tracking, and user journeys

·        Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify

·        Excellent communication and project ownership skills

·        A go-getter mindset, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
