Schedule: Full-time, Mon to Fri, aligned with Eastern Time (9:30am - 6:00pm Central Time)

Primavera Talent is proud to be partnering with entrepreneur and founder Dee M. Robinson in the search for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support her across a dynamic portfolio of ventures, including Good Trouble Bourbon, Robinson Hill, and Project Sand.
At its core, this position exists to protect, prioritize, and amplify the Founder’s time, focus, and decision-making capacity - operating as a trusted partner within a fast-moving, high-performance environment. You will act as a strategic gatekeeper, bringing structure to complexity, translating vision into execution, and ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks.
The right person will not wait for direction.
They will operate with context, judgment, and ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Strategic Support
- Manage a complex and ever-evolving calendar across multiple ventures
- Protect the Founder’s time by prioritizing effectively and acting as a gatekeeper
- Ensure the Founder is consistently prepared, briefed, and focused on what matters most
- Track priorities, commitments, and follow-ups with precision
Operational Execution & Project Coordination
- Translate high-level ideas into structured execution across people and projects
- Maintain visibility across key initiatives, timelines, and moving parts
- Create systems that bring clarity, order, and momentum to a fast-paced environment
- Communication & Relationship Management
- Manage inbox and high-level correspondence in the Founder’s voice
- Coordinate communication with partners, investors, and stakeholders
- Ensure communication is clear, controlled, and aligned with priorities
Anticipation & Problem-Solving
- Anticipate needs before they arise and proactively remove friction
- Identify risks early and propose thoughtful solutions
- Operate independently within clear guardrails, making sound decisions without constant oversight
The Opportunity
This role offers the opportunity to step into a position of real proximity and impact - supporting a founder who operates at pace, thinks in outcomes, and is deeply relationship-driven.
Over time, this is a role that has the potential to evolve beyond traditional EA responsibilities, with early elements of Chief of Staff capability emerging as trust and context deepen.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 3+ years supporting a CEO, founder, or senior executive
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
- Strong written communication, with the ability to mirror tone and voice
- Advanced English proficiency (C1 or above)
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and reliability
- Tech-savvy, with confidence across: Google Workspace, CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce or equivalent), project management tools (e.g. Monday.com or similar) and presentation tools (e.g. PowerPoint)
Nice-to-Have Backgrounds
- Experience in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, or founder-led environments
- Exposure to AI, legal, or high-growth business contexts
- Familiarity with social media or supporting executive presence/content
- Experience supporting investor or partnership-related workflows
