Graphic Designer/Technical Writer - Remote

The Science Team at Pride Health is currently supporting a client in the pharmaceutical industry and has opening of Graphic Designer which is 100% Remote
 
Position Summary:
We are seeking a Technical Writer / Graphic Designer (Remote) to support documentation and labeling projects within a highly regulated environment. This role focuses heavily on graphic design and desktop publishing, particularly using Adobe InDesign, to create and maintain product documentation based on established templates and corporate standards.
 
Additional Details:
Pay range: $28 to $ 34/hour on W2 as per your experience
Contract Length: 12 Months with the possibility of extension  
Key Responsibilities

• Create and revise interpretation guides, documentation, and labeling using Adobe InDesign.
• Produce accurate documentation using desktop publishing tools and established templates.
• Support project teams by maintaining documentation schedules and tracking project progress.
• Serve as a liaison between project teams and the documentation department to ensure clear communication and timely deliverables.
• Ensure all documentation aligns with corporate standards and regulatory requirements for product launches and updates.
• Facilitate the review, revision, approval, and publication process for documentation.
• Communicate effectively with cross-departmental teams and stakeholders.
• Maintain compliance with established quality systems, processes, and procedures.
• Assist with documentation storage, publication, and delivery processes.
• Support additional documentation and departmental activities as needed.

Must-Have Requirements

• Strong Adobe InDesign experience (required).
• Graphic design experience within a large corporate or regulated environment.
• Experience working with documentation templates and desktop publishing tools.
• High attention to detail and strong quality review skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with strict deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Ability to work independently while supporting project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Technical Communication, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, documentation, or desktop publishing.
• Experience creating structured documentation and graphical materials.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

_Must be authorized to work in the United States.
