We are hiring for a global leader in online communities, connecting millions of users every day. Their main revenue driver is their cutting-edge digital ads platform, and this role will have a direct impact on how advertisers engage with it.

This is a remote position for candidates based in Brazil, and requires professional fluency in English, as all communication and documentation are in English.

🎯 Responsibilities

• Work on the development and evolution of the company’s Ads Platform (used to create and manage ad campaigns).
• Be hands-on with Campaign Management, Design System, and Ads UI.
• Build UIs that enable advertisers to efficiently create, adjust, and measure campaigns.
• Contribute to shaping the future of the Ads Platform with technical input and product insight.
• Collaborate in an agile, international environment through coding, code reviews, and documentation.

• Languages: TypeScript, Python
• Frameworks: React, React Query, Thrift, Kafka
• Databases: Postgres, Cassandra, Druid, Redis, BigQuery
• Tools: Storybook, Playwright

✅ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• 3+ years of experience in Frontend Engineering.
• Proven ability to take ownership of features or projects from design to delivery.
• Preferred: Experience with intuitive UI design, design systems, Storybook, and e2e testing.
