Marketing & Business Development Coordinator
We are looking for a results-driven, sales-oriented Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to join our growing team at PriceSenz, a fast-paced digital technology services and staffing company. This high-impact, full-time remote position is ideal for a proactive self-starter who thrives on ownership, execution, and achieving tangible business outcomes. You will collaborate closely with executive leadership for strategy while taking charge of implementation. The ideal candidate is a hybrid professional with experience in marketing and business development, someone who can think like a marketer but act like a sales enabler.
What You’ll Own
● Campaign Execution & Demand Generation:
Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns focused on lead
generation, appointment setting, and pipeline acceleration.
● Sales Enablement:
Build and maintain sales playbooks, lead lists, and prospecting materials. Support sales
outreach with content, case studies, decks, and digital assets that drive conversions.
● Business Development Support:
Proactively research target accounts, set qualified meetings for sales, and help define
target markets and buyer personas to improve prospecting efficiency.
● CRM & Email Marketing:
Manage and optimize campaigns, automations, and workflows in CRM and email
platforms to nurture leads and drive engagement.
● Lead Magnet & Content Creation:
Create compelling content including landing pages, brochures, corporate decks, and
social media posts to attract and convert prospects.
● Website & Social Media Management:
Update website content and manage our digital presence across LinkedIn and other
channels to establish thought leadership and brand credibility.
● KPI Tracking & Reporting:
Monitor performance metrics across campaigns (traffic, leads, conversions), and
maintain a dashboard that shows ROI on marketing efforts.
● Event & Award Coordination:
Plan, manage and promote events, conferences, award nominations, and speaking
engagements to enhance brand visibility.
● Proposal & Bid Marketing Support:
Collaborate with proposal teams on public/private sector bids by providing marketing
narratives, customer wins, and branding support.
Sales-Oriented Responsibilities
● Generate high-quality leads via campaigns, research, and outbound strategies
● Set qualified meetings for Business Development and Sales teams
● Collaborate on defining and evolving our unique value propositions and market
positioning
● Drive social proof through customer testimonials, success stories, and reviews
● Research, identify, and help secure industry partnerships, certifications, and speaking
engagements that enhance market credibility
Must-Have Skills & Attributes
● 5+ years of experience in Marketing, with at least 2 years in Business Development
or Sales Enablement in IT Services or Staffing
● Proven ability to generate qualified leads and set sales appointments
● Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, digital sales funnels, and
CRM/Marketing tools
● Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills for outreach, social posts, emails, and
proposals
● Experience building corporate decks, case studies, and marketing collateral
● Organized, self-driven, and able to work independently in a deadline-driven environment
● Teachable, coachable, and highly adaptable to change
● Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a remote setup
