The Marketing and Business Development department at Price Bailey is a high-performing, collaborative team with a strong digital focus on driving high quality leads into the firm, building on our growing brand and reputation, and positioning the practice as thought-leaders within the industry.

Are you a proactive hands-on SEO who is excited about solving the challenges SEO and AI brings to search? Someone looking to have a direct and meaningful impact and make a difference within a supportive and ambitious digital first Marketing team. We are looking to bolster our SEO function within Marketing to help drive our continued growth.

We're looking for an experienced and curious SEO Specialist to join our growing digital team. This role is ideal for a search marketer who understands traditional SEO practices but is excited by the rapid evolution of AI-driven search, generative SERPs, and emerging AI visibility opportunities.

You'll work closely with the Lead SEO, our Content team and in house PR to support daily search operations, including technical, on-page, and off-page SEO. From optimising for search and AI visibility while supporting content distribution strategies. This is a dynamic role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of SEO, content strategy, and emerging AI technologies.

What will I be doing?

As a SEO Specialist you'll play a key role in enhancing our online visibility across search and AI-driven platforms. You will have ownership of the following tasks:

• Implementing SEO improvements across on-page elements, structured data, and site architecture.
• Optimising content to improve performance in both traditional search and AI-enhanced discovery channels.
• Maintaining and refining SEO and content processes to ensure best practices are consistently applied.
• Auditing and enhancing structured data and resolving visibility issues as they arise.
• Managing and growing our backlink profile through targeted outreach and relationship building.
• Publishing and optimising content on external platforms to strengthen brand visibility and authority.
• Supporting technical audits focused on maximising site performance in emerging search environments.

What experience do I need?

Whilst having the following experience is advantageous, we value passion and potential. If you meet the minimum criteria listed below and are eager to develop yourself, we would love to hear from you:

• Hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house) (minimum criteria).
• Active interest in emerging AI-driven search experiences and technologies (minimum criteria).
• Familiarity with AI models and tools that support search and content strategies.
• Awareness of current AI-related search conversations in the SEO community.
• Confident with WordPress, GA4, GSC, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs.
• Comfortable working with schema markup and structured data.
• Excellent communicator who can clearly explain complex technical concepts.
