We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the strategy, planning, and execution of a high-impact enterprise initiative. In this role, you will assess and inventory a broad portfolio of marketing, communications, digital, and customer-facing assets, then develop the enterprise roadmap to drive organization-wide transformation.
This is a highly strategic role—not a traditional project coordination position. You will partner with cross-functional leaders to conduct discovery, align stakeholders, identify dependencies and regulatory requirements, and establish the governance and implementation framework for a multi-phase enterprise rollout.
Success in this role requires a leader who thrives in ambiguity, brings structure to complex initiatives, and confidently influences across teams. The ideal candidate has a proven track record delivering enterprise-scale programs that span marketing, compliance, legal, digital, creative, and operations, balancing strategic vision with operational excellence to achieve measurable business outcomes.
Required Qualifications
· 8+ years of experience in program management, project management, enterprise transformation, or agency operations.
· Own end-to-end execution of creative projects, from kickoff through delivery.
· Lead weekly status meetings, drive decisions, and ensure accountability across teams.
· Proven experience leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
· Strong experience conducting discovery, audits, assessments, or operational planning initiatives.
· Exceptional organizational, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
· Experience building program roadmaps, governance structures, and implementation plans.
· Strong risk management and problem-solving capabilities.
· Ability to influence and drive decisions without direct authority.
· Experience managing executive communications and presenting recommendations to senior leaders.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in financial services, insurance, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
• Expertise supporting marketing, creative, digital, or customer communications programs.
• Understanding regulatory review, compliance processes, and content governance.
• Experience leading large-scale asset migration, rebranding, modernization, or change management initiatives.
• Familiarity with Workfront or similar project and portfolio management tools.
