Location: Initial Work from Home (India) for 1-2 Months → Onsite in Ireland (Business Trip)

Salary:

Work from home from India: 30,000 to 50,000 INR monthly.

Onsite on Business Trips: 1,20,000 to 2,00,000 INR monthly (Visa, Ticket, Accommodation is free).

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Social Media Marketing & Business Promotion specialist to drive business growth through strategic marketing initiatives, corporate client engagement, and business proposal development. The role will initially be work-from-home (India) for 1-2 months, followed by an onsite business trip to Ireland, where the candidate will meet corporate clients, attend business meetings, and develop high-impact marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

-Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.)

- Develop and execute marketing & promotional strategies to expand business reach.

- Conduct field marketing activities, including meeting corporate clients in Ireland.

- Attend business meetings, presentations, and networking events.

- Prepare and present business proposals to potential clients.

- Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify growth opportunities.

- Work closely with sales and management teams to achieve business targets.

- Ensure strong brand visibility and lead generation through innovative marketing techniques.

Requirements:

- 3-10 years of experience in social media marketing and business promotion, or sales.

-Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to travel to Ireland for business trips and work in a field-based role.

- Experience in B2B marketing, corporate client handling, and proposal development.

-Creative mindset with attention to detail.

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
