Position Summary We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to define the visual identity, user experience, and interaction design of a premium platform serving high-net-worth buyers. The role will lead a comprehensive UI/UX overhaul across the mobile application, public-facing web platform, and administrative dashboard, including payment, reservation, and identity-verification experiences. The ideal candidate will bring a sophisticated design perspective, balancing luxury, usability, and trust while confidently advising the client on design decisions and translating their vision into a polished, cohesive digital experience. Key Responsibilities

• Produce the design documentation and wireframes for the whole UI up front, for client review and approval before development starts.
• Design the end-to-end payment, reservation and identity/KYC flows so verification reassures members and doesn't alarm them.
• Design the curated-listing experience for high-value assets (jets, collectible vehicles, jewelry, art, real estate) so "reviewed and approved" reads clearly without adding friction.
• Create one design system and component library across Flutter (mobile) and React/Next.js (web and admin).
• Review the existing Flutter front end, flag design and architecture issues, and work directly in or alongside the code as it's rebuilt.
• Iterate quickly on client feedback, including reversing decisions when the client asks, and support the engineers each two-week sprint.

Qualifications

Required

• 5+ years of product design for consumer-facing apps.
• A portfolio that shows real luxury or premium product work. Designing for ultra-high-net-worth users is the top requirement (luxury retail, automotive, private aviation, high-end travel, private banking, auction houses or similar).
• Hands-on Flutter experience. You have worked in Flutter code or understand its architecture well enough to take the existing app apart and direct the rebuild.
• Experience designing both mobile and web/admin systems.
• Client-first flexibility. You advise, make your case, and then execute the client's decision without friction.
• Comfortable with a compressed, MVP-first timeline

Preferred:

• Has designed payment, checkout or identity/KYC flows.
• React/Next.js component experience.
• Experience designing for right-to-left (Arabic) and multilingual interfaces.
• Motion and micro-interaction design for premium experiences.
