We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and highly motivated Business Development & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role blends sales, marketing, and digital marketing —supporting business development efforts through digital marketing, specifically media buying, google analytics and SEO development. Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development Support:
- Develop and refine sales presentations, pitch decks, and client proposals to drive business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate and nurture high-quality leads through digital marketing campaigns.
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
- Track and report on key sales and marketing KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Digital Marketing & SEO:
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for better search visibility.
- Oversee Google Search and Display ads, optimizing bidding strategies, audience targeting, and ad creatives.
Media Buying and Paid Advertising:
- Plan, execute, and optimize media buying strategies across Google Ads, social media, and other digital ad networks.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, media buying techniques, and Web3 innovations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, marketing, or sales enablement.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with experience in SEO, media buying, and paid advertising. (Google ads, google analytics, google console, Facebook Business Manager, and ad tracking tools).
- Proficiency in presentation software (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva).
- Experience managing CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and marketing automation platforms.
- Exceptional writing, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and collaborate across teams.
