About This Role
We're looking for a temporary, part-time Senior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. Reporting to the Creative Director, the ideal candidate is a dynamic mix of strategy and creativity, turning complex and nuanced ideas into clear, engaging content that converts. This is a high-impact design role for a self-starter who is comfortable taking ownership of end-to-end creative execution for all marketing campaigns. And an opportunity to directly influence and elevate our brand as part of a growing creative team.

What we're looking for
8+ years of dedicated professional experience in marketing design, preferably in a fast-paced B2B environment. Experience spanning both agency and in-house roles is highly preferred
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; Figma or other UI/UX design tools is a plus
Demonstrated ability to go beyond following instructions; you must be able to contribute strategically to campaign planning and translate abstract ideas into clear, results-driven visuals
Demonstrated expertise in presentation design (Google Slides, Powerpoint) with an ability to create visually compelling and editable templates
Solid understanding of marketing, UI/UX, and communication best practices
A proactive, self-starter attitude with a clear drive and potential to take on greater leadership and strategic responsibilities
Bonus skills: Experience with video editing and motion graphics; familiarity with WCAG standards; copywriting skills
Must submit an online portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work that demonstrates versatility, conceptual thinking, and expertise in designing for both digital and print
This is a non-exempt, part-time contract engagement anticipated through 6/30/25 for 25 hours/week. Working hours are Monday-Friday, 10AM-3PM PT. Compensation range is 55-65/hr.
