The ideal candidate will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work which demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography. This candidate will have experiences in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms.
Responsibilities
- Design Creation: Develop high-quality graphics, images, and videos for social media posts, stories, advertisements, and promotions that align with the brand’s identity and target audience.
- Social Media Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute social media campaigns that resonate with our audience and promote brand awareness for all three brands.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs and content align with the visual identity and tone of each brand, adapting styles to match different themes and campaigns.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with current design trends and social media trends, implementing them creatively into content for each brand.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor engagement metrics to understand the effectiveness of visual content, adjusting strategies and designs based on performance data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on social media content creation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar).
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media designs, especially for brands in the food & beverage or lifestyle sectors.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work under deadlines.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and best practices for each.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with teams.
- Experience in the food & beverage industry is a plus but not required.
