🎯 Role Overview
We are hiring a Creative Graphic Designer & Motion Graphics Designer to lead the visual identity of our brand across all platforms.
This role combines graphic design, motion graphics, video production, and AI-driven content workflows, ideal for someone who can create visually stunning, high-converting content at scale.
🎨 Key Responsibilities🖌️ Graphic Design
- Design high-end creatives for:
- Website (UI elements, banners, landing pages)
- Social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, ads)
- Email marketing campaigns
- Sales brochures and presentations
- Maintain consistent luxury brand identity (black, gold, minimal aesthetic)
- Create premium visuals for fleet, chauffeur experience, and corporate services
🎬 Motion Graphics, Video Production & Editing
- Create and edit high-quality video content for:
- Social media reels, ads, and campaigns
- Brand storytelling videos
- App/product walkthroughs
- Handle end-to-end video production:
- Concept → storyboard → editing → final delivery
- Apply cinematic effects, transitions, sound design, and motion graphics
- Animate logos, UI flows, and promotional visuals
📱 UGC Ads & Performance Creatives
- Create high-converting UGC-style ads for Meta, TikTok, and other platforms
- Develop engaging short-form content designed to:
- Drive conversions
- Increase engagement
- Understand hooks, storytelling, and ad psychology
- Continuously test and optimise creatives (A/B testing mindset)
🤖 AI Tools & Automation
- Use AI tools such as n8n and Claude to:
- Automate content posting workflows
- Streamline repetitive creative and marketing tasks
- Assist in generating captions, variations, and campaign ideas
- Integrate AI into the creative process to improve efficiency and scalability
- Collaborate with marketing and tech teams to build automated content pipelines
🚀 Performance Marketing Support
- Design conversion-focused creatives for:
- Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)
- Google Display
- LinkedIn campaigns
- Work closely with marketing team to improve CTR and ROI
🧠 Brand & Creative Strategy
- Translate brand vision into premium visuals
- Stay updated with luxury and digital content trends
- Proactively suggest creative ideas and campaign improvements
📊 Project Management & Collaboration
- Manage tasks and workflows using Asana
- Collaborate with marketing, development, and leadership teams
- Ensure timely delivery of creatives aligned with campaign deadlines
🛠️ Skills & Requirements🎨 Must-Have:
- 3+ years experience in graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing
- Strong portfolio (luxury, automotive, travel, or premium brands preferred)
- Proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- After Effects
- Premiere Pro
- Experience with video production and editing tools
- Experience creating UGC ads and performance creatives
- Familiarity with Asana or similar project management tools
- Working knowledge of AI tools such as n8n and Claude

- Experience with Figma (UI/UX design)
- Knowledge of ad performance metrics (CTR, conversions)
- Experience working with international or luxury brands
- Exposure to automation workflows and API-based integrations
