We move fast. We test constantly. And we’re looking for a full-time creative designer who understands how to blend premium simplicity with performance psychology across every design touchpoint.
The Role
This isn’t a “make things look nice” role. This is for a designer who thrives on data-driven creativity — who can take a concept, break it into high-performing variations, and iterate quickly based on results.
You’ll work closely with the CEO, growth team, and CRO strategist to craft motion graphics, ad creatives, web layouts, email assets, and social visuals that not only look stunning, but sell.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Ad Creative Production – Design and animate scroll-stopping ads for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc., with multiple variations for testing.
- Landing Page, Funnel Design & UX/UI – Use Figma to create premium, conversion-focused PDPs, landing pages, and email flows.
- Motion Graphics & Video Edits – Bring static images to life with smooth animations, kinetic typography, and product storytelling.
- AI-Powered Content Creation – Use AI tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, etc.) to generate and manipulate high-quality visuals.
- UGC & Brand Content Repurposing – Take raw creator content and turn it into polished, high-converting assets.
- Brand Consistency – Maintain a cohesive premium aesthetic while experimenting with performance-driven creative concepts.
- Rapid Iteration – Take winning concepts and quickly produce multiple variants for A/B testing.
- Psychology-Driven Design – Apply principles of persuasion, color psychology, and visual hierarchy to maximize conversion.
Who We’re Looking For
You’ll thrive here if you:
- Have 3+ years of creative design experience (preferably in performance marketing, e-commerce, or DTC brands).
- Are fluent in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere).
- Have motion graphics experience for ads and social.
- Can concept, design, and iterate fast without sacrificing quality.
- Stay ahead of creative trends, especially AI-generated imagery and video tools.
- Understand how design impacts conversion — you’re as focused on results as you are on aesthetics.
- Have a portfolio that shows premium design sensibility AND direct-response marketing chops.
- Are comfortable working in a fast-moving, feedback-rich environment.
- Love finding ways to work smarter using AI, automation, and templates — without losing the human touch.
- Are reliable, detail-oriented, and take ownership of your work.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Photo retouching and compositing
- Basic experience in CRO and A/B testing tools
- Product photography or art direction
