What You'll Be Doing
- Project Collaboration & Communication: Effectively interacts with internal and external project teams, including data source vendors, contributing to discussions, meetings, and ensuring clear communication of study requirements
- Clinical Database Development & Management: Facilitates clinical database development, including eCRF planning, edit check implementation, User Acceptance Testing, and integration of external data sources
- Data Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Participates in early study planning for data risk assessment, continuously evaluates risks, and provides insights to mitigate potential data loss
- Data Team Coordination & Training: Coordinates data team tasks, ensures adherence to study plans and timelines, provides protocol-specific training, and identifies/addresses training gaps
- Documentation & Compliance: Creates, maintains, and stores data-related documentation in accordance with SOPs, department guidelines, and data standards; manages eTMF filing and quality control
- Budget Oversight & Metrics: Oversees functional area study budgets, identifies out-of-scope activities, generates and reports study metrics and financials
What We Are Searching For
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Life Science required and Post Graduate preferred
- 5+ years mastery in Data Management or relevant industry experience, with at least 2+ years’ experience leading studies
- Experience working within several clinical data management systems and in-depth knowledge of at least two, preferably Medidata Rave or Ennov DataLabs EDC
- Familiar with all study phases including study startup/database setup, maintenance and lock
_Premier Research is dedicated to providing compensation that is fair and competitive with market standards. The annualized starting base pay for this role is $109,000.00 USD. The actual salary will be influenced based on a variety of factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, which may include health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
