We’re scaling fast, and we’re looking for a Marketing Strategy Leader to architect, execute, and scale the brand’s growth engine across all channels.
Position Overview
You are not a content creator. You are a growth operator — a strategist who builds marketing machines that generate trust, traffic, and qualified leads.
As the Marketing Strategy Leader, you’ll work directly with the CEO and COO to lead all aspects of marketing — from content, paid media, and brand storytelling to funnel optimization and revenue attribution.

Key Responsibilities🔧 1. Digital Strategy & Brand Authority
- Lead and implement omnichannel digital strategy (LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, Website).
- Optimize every digital asset for SEO, conversion, and speed.
- Align campaigns with company goals: revenue, recruiting, and brand authority.
📅 2. Social Media Strategy & Content Leadership
- Manage Premier Protection’s and Jerry Katz’s online presence.
- Build and manage a 90-day content calendar around client wins, podcast episodes, and milestones.
- Tell compelling stories that turn case studies into trust and trust into leads.
🎥 3. Video Strategy & Thought Leadership Content
- Direct short-form and long-form video content that reflects our authority in CRE.
- Collaborate with internal and external creatives for consistent execution.
- Showcase thought leadership, client results, podcast highlights, and industry trends.
💰 4. Paid Media & Demand Generation
- Launch and manage high-ROI paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, and YouTube.
- Build out dashboards for performance: CPL, CAC, SQLs, ROAS.
- Integrate campaigns with HubSpot CRM , go high level and Google Analytics for full-funnel tracking
🔁 5. Website & Funnel Optimization
- Oversee landing page strategy, CTA testing, lead capture, and funnel performance.
- Conduct weekly A/B tests to improve conversion metrics.
- Own the user journey from first click to booked call.
What Success Looks Like
You’ll be measured by your ability to:
- Grow qualified inbound leads month-over-month.
- Lower cost-per-lead and cost-per-sale across channels.
- Improve funnel conversion and engagement metrics weekly.
- Launch and optimize new campaigns within 7–10 days.
- Deliver projects that align with company KPIs and sales goals.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of digital/performance marketing experience (B2B, real estate, insurance, or finance preferred).
- Proven ability to build lead-generation campaigns from scratch.
- Deep understanding of paid media (Meta, Google Ads, YouTube) and CRM/analytics integration.
- Strong leadership and project management skills; experience managing creatives and freelancers.
- Excellent copywriting, brand voice, and storytelling ability — especially for high-value clients.
- Highly data-driven; able to build, track, and adjust campaigns based on performance.
