✅ What You’ll OwnDigital & Growth Strategy

• Lead omnichannel execution across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, SEO, and web.
• Build and optimize funnels for speed, conversion, and ROI.
• Tie all initiatives directly to revenue and recruiting KPIs.

Content & Brand Leadership

• Own the Premier + Jerry Katz brand voice.
• Build a rolling 90-day content calendar.
• Produce strategic, story-driven content rooted in wins, case studies, and data.

Paid Media & Funnel Optimization

• Launch and manage campaigns with ROAS/CPL targets you stand behind.
• Integrate GA4, HubSpot, and GoHighLevel for full-funnel tracking.
• Diagnose and improve weak points quickly — data over opinions, execution over excuses.

• 5+ years in digital/performance marketing (B2B, real estate, or finance ideal)
• Proven campaign metrics + case studies
• Expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and CRM integrations
• Strong creative direction + storytelling capability
• Experience managing freelancers or small teams
