Duties and Responsibilities:

· Lead Generation & Campaign Management
- Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to increase candidate and client leads by 15% quarterly.
- Collaborate with sales and recruiting teams to identify high-priority roles and tailor campaigns accordingly.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics, adjusting strategies to optimize results.
· Website & SEO Management
- Maintain and update the company website weekly to ensure content is current and engaging.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings, aiming for a 20% increase in website traffic over six months.
- Coordinate with developers and leadership for significant updates and improvements.
· Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Create and schedule engaging content across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) with a minimum of three posts per week.
- Launch and maintain campaigns highlighting healthcare professionals (HCPs), aiming to increase follower count by 25% over the next quarter.
- Respond to social media interactions within 24 hours to foster community engagement.
· Content Creation & Brand Management
- Design and produce marketing materials, including brochures, email templates, and sales collateral, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Develop market and role specific campaigns, targeting a conversion rate of at least 10%.
- Collect and incorporate testimonials into marketing materials and the website, adding at least two new testimonials monthly.
· Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing activities, providing monthly reports to leadership.
- Assess lead sources to determine ROI, reallocating resources to the most effective channels.
- Measure the performance of job postings, aiming to reduce cost-per-click by 10% over the next quarter.
· Technology & Integration Oversight
- Partner with Office Coordinator to ensure seamless integration of job listings from the Vendor Management System (VMS) to internal systems and the website.
- Collaborate with vendors or tech teams to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues within 48 hours.
- Research and recommend solutions for developing a candidate-facing app, including budgeting and vendor selection.
· Email Marketing & Referral Programs
- Design and execute monthly email campaigns targeting both clients and candidates, aiming for an open rate of 25% and a click-through rate of 5%.
- Develop and manage referral campaigns geared toward extensions and retention, tracking participation and success rates.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
Experience: 2–4 years in marketing roles, with exposure to healthcare or staffing preferred.
Skills:
- Experience with content creation and social media management.
· Demonstrated success in supporting campaigns or initiatives that increased candidate or client lead volume.
· Experience using digital marketing tools (e.g., SEO, email, social media) to attract new leads and engage target audiences.
- Ability to analyze marketing trends and data.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
