Senior UI/UX Designer (10+ Years Experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer with 10+ years of experience designing intuitive, user-centric web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have experience working with leading MNCs in India and a strong track record delivering enterprise solutions in the USA. Candidates based in Texas are preferred, though relocation candidates will also be considered.

Considered for Exceptional Candidates: H4 EAD, L2S/L2 EAD

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UI/UX design activities from research to final delivery.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder workshops.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and Development teams.
• Build and maintain design systems and reusable UI components.
• Ensure responsive, accessible, and user-friendly experiences across platforms.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of UI/UX Design experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong experience with User Research, Information Architecture, Interaction Design, and Design Systems.
• Hands-on knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
• Experience working closely with front-end technologies such as React, Angular, or similar frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Accessibility (WCAG) standards.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Background

• Experience with top-tier MNCs in India.
• Strong professional experience in the USA.
• Experience designing enterprise, SaaS, healthcare, banking, insurance, retail, or technology solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience leading design teams.
• Design System implementation experience.
• Exposure to AI-powered applications and modern UX practices.

Location Preference: Texas-based candidates are highly preferred; candidates willing to relocate will also be considered.

Work Authorization Preference: USC and GC candidates preferred; H4 EAD and L2S/L2 EAD candidates may be considered for exceptional profiles.
