Senior Software Engineer

About the Role: We are hiring a Senior Java Full Stack Developer with 8+ years of strong backend engineering experience, multithreading expertise, and hands-on AWS knowledge. This role supports enterprise-level projects building scalable, cloud-native services and APIs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop scalable backend services using Java (8/11/17) and Spring Boot.
• Build REST APIs and integrate with UI frameworks (React/Angular).
• Design & implement multi-threaded and high-performance applications.
• Deploy and maintain services on AWS (Lambda, ECS, RDS, S3, API Gateway).
• Participate in Agile sprints, code reviews & CI/CD workflows.
• Optimize performance, concurrency, memory management, and system reliability

Required Skills:

• Backend: Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, JPA/Hibernate.
• Architecture: Microservices, Event-Driven, Cloud-Native.
• Concurrency: Multithreading, Executors, Synchronization.
• Cloud: AWS (Lambda, ECS, S3, RDS, CloudFormation).
• CI/CD & DevOps: Git, Jenkins, Docker.
• Messaging: Kafka / SQS / RabbitMQ (Nice-to-have).

Preferred Skills:

• 8–10+ years of Java experience
• Experience contributing across full stack (React/Angular exposure).
• Prior work on distributed systems / high-volume applications.

Pay range and compensation package: Competitive compensation on a W2.
