Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist with 10+ years of experience in building scalable machine learning and AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and deploying ML models to solve complex business problems.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Data Science and Machine Learning.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, R, and data manipulation libraries.
• Hands-on experience with Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Predictive Analytics.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud platforms.
• Expertise in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Matplotlib.
• Experience with Spark, Databricks, or big data technologies is a plus.
• Strong understanding of statistics, feature engineering, model evaluation, and MLOps.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Healthcare, Finance, Retail, or Insurance domains.
• Experience deploying ML models in production environments.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, Azure OpenAI, or AWS Bedrock is a plus.

Mandatory Requirements

• 10+ years of experience is mandatory.
• Candidates must have prior MNC or reputed product-based company experience in India (Mandatory).
• Only H4 EAD, L2S, Green Card (GC), and U.S. Citizens (USC).
• W2 only. No C2C, OPT, CPT, or H1B.
• Must be willing to relocate anywhere in the USA.
