About The Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our rapidly growing startup in the Legal technology and AI space. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in legal, insurance, or financial services driving adoption and engagement through successful product marketing programs and campaigns. Given the nature of our rapidly growing organization, you will be exposed to other roles within the Product team. The best candidates will have the aptitude and desire to occasionally flex into Product Management, Product Design, and Product Operations functions as needed.

What You'll Do
- Develop compelling positioning and messaging for our AI-powered legal tech solutions
- Research and understand buyer personas to ensure the product is designed and delivered to create value
- Manage platform product releases, including product launches and all collateral to support internal education and customer adoption
- Create comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new and existing products and features
- Collaborate closely and get hands-on with our Product Management team to understand product features and translate technical capabilities into customer benefits
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive insights in the legal, insurance, and financial services sectors
- Consult and collaborate with marketing to develop collateral including case studies, white papers, presentations, and sales enablement materials
- Develop programs to engage with existing customers, prospects, and lost opportunities to drive engagement
- Develop programs and content to engage with communities through social and other content-focused platforms
- Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and customer success teams
- Coordinate focus groups, client interviews and client testimonials
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information Systems, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in product marketing or a similar role within a technology-driven company.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in the insurance industry.
- Demonstrated track record of independent ownership of product marketing related leading growth and engagement with
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the capacity to motivate and inspire a high-performing team.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at various levels.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range $120,000 – $140,000 + bonus and equity potential, commensurate with experience
