About Joy
Practice with Joy is helping nurse practitioners start and grow independent clinics—with better tools, smarter marketing, and all the non-clinical support they need to thrive. We’re disrupters in healthcare, shaking up the status quo and making entrepreneurship accessible to clinicians who’ve never been shown how. At Joy, you’ll be joining a team of healthcare innovators and serial entrepreneurs that are passionate about empowering clinicians with purpose built technology.
The Role
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who’s ready to get their hands dirty. You’ll run our marketing engine end-to-end—from top-of-funnel campaigns to post-lead nurture—and you’ll constantly be testing ways to grow. This role blends creative storytelling with systems thinking, AI tools, and smart automation. You’re not just running ads—you’re building the machine.
What You’ll Do
- Own and execute multi-channel growth campaigns (SEO, LinkedIn, Reddit, Google Ads, Influencer)
- Set up and optimize lead gen funnels—from click to booked call
- Build landing pages, email drips, and content that actually converts
- Use AI tools (Claude, GPT, Jasper, Notion AI, Make.com, Clay, etc.) to automate content and workflows
- Manage UTM tracking, analytics, and reporting
- Support customer success by prepping decks, templates, and emails post-sale
- Test new tools and channels with speed and scrappy precision
Who You Are
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing (growth, content, or performance marketing)
- Startup DNA — you are flexible to changing environments, move fast, figure stuff out, and make it better next time
- Familiarity with no-code/low-code tools (Webflow, Make, Zapier, Retool, Airtable, etc.)
- Curious about AI and excited to experiment with it in your daily work
- You write well, think in funnels, and obsess over what actually works
- Comfortable working across both strategy and execution
- Bonus points if you’re based in DC or Chicago
Why This Role Rocks
- You’ll work directly with the founder and leadership team
- You’ll get to shape and build systems from the ground up
- You’ll have creative freedom, meaningful ownership, and a clear mission
- You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of care delivery in healthcare
