We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Project Manager to keep all our marketing efforts running smoothly and on time.
What You’ll Do:
You’ll act as the facilitator for all marketing activities—making sure our content gets created, scheduled, sent, and seen. From newsletters to blog posts to product updates, you'll coordinate timelines, assign tasks, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure all marketing tasks and projects are tracked, approved, delivered, and finalized accordingly.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the creation, review, and timely delivery of newsletters, press releases, mail campaigns, email campaigns, and all other marketing deliverables.
- Ensure blog posts are published on a regular basis.
- Work with content writers, designers, and developers to deliver on-brand assets and content.
- Maintain an editorial calendar and ensure deadlines are met.
- Hold meetings with team members to assess the growth.
Marketing Project Management
- Coordinate all marketing campaigns and content releases.
- Track project progress using Monday.
- Host regular check-ins with internal and external contributors for marketing activities.
- Inform higher management and update regularly with monthly reports on all marketing activities.
Process & Performance
- Standardize and monitor processes for blog publishing, email marketing, and campaign launches.
What You'll Be Doing:
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or a similar role.
- Vendor coordination and team management skills are absolutely necessary.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills—strong attention to detail is a must.
- Familiarity with platforms like Mailchimp, WordPress, HubSpot, Salesforce, Salesmate, Webflow, and similar tools.
- Experience working with writers, designers, and stakeholders across departments and managing their collective efforts.
- Project and task management on Monday.
- Strong communication skills—written and verbal.
- Bonus: Background or exposure to the legal industries (especially personal injury or lemon law).
