🚀 Senior Software Engineer (OutSystems) | Financial Services Technology

📍 Location: Sydney | Remote| Permanent / Contract Option

A leading Australian wealth management and lending provider is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to drive low-code automation and digital transformation. You'll play a key role in designing, developing, and scaling enterprise-grade applications using OutSystems, .NET, and modern cloud architectures.

This is a hands-on engineering role with architecture influence, ideal for someone passionate about building secure, scalable systems that make a real impact.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain performant apps using OutSystems, .NET, and cloud-native tools
• Design APIs, integrations, and secure workflows across web and mobile platforms
• Collaborate within a high-performing Agile engineering team
• Contribute to architectural decisions and mentor junior developers
• Support DevOps and release processes including CI/CD and version control

✅ What You’ll Need:

• 7+ years in software development, including 3+ years in OutSystems
• Experience building secure, scalable business-critical apps
• Solid front-end skills: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery
• Strong grasp of cloud security patterns and architecture principles
• Familiarity with Agile, TDD, and CI/CD environments

🌟 Bonus Skills:

• Experience in the financial services or lending industry
• Exposure to .NET-based backend development alongside OutSystems
• Passion for mentoring and cross-team collaboration
