About Us

PPC Guru is a performance-driven marketing agency helping brands grow through paid ads, creative content, SEO, and high-converting digital assets. We're expanding our web division and looking for a highly skilled professional who is equally strong in SEO and website development — someone who lives and breathes search, including the rapidly evolving world of AI-powered discovery.

🔍 This is a dual role. We want genuine depth in both SEO and web development — not one propping up the other. You'll build the websites and rank them — owning organic visibility on Google and increasingly on AI platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google's AI Overviews.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

SEO Strategy & AI Search

• Own and drive full SEO strategy for multiple clients
• Conduct deep keyword research, competitor analysis, and content mapping
• Optimize for GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) — ranking on AI platforms
• Structure content to appear in ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews
• Implement E-E-A-T signals and authority-building strategies
• Execute on-page SEO: titles, schema, meta tags, internal linking
• Build off-page authority: backlinks, digital PR, outreach
• Manage technical SEO: indexing, redirects, Core Web Vitals
• Run monthly audits independently and target consistent Page 1–2 results

Website Development

• Build fast, modern, conversion-focused websites across leading platforms
• Customize themes/templates and develop bespoke sections and layouts
• Create landing pages and funnels optimized for conversions
• Fix technical issues: speed, caching, responsiveness, mobile performance
• Manage hosting, DNS, cPanel, and site migrations
• Work confidently across WordPress, Webflow, Framer, and Shopify (plus custom HTML/CSS where needed)
• Translate SEO requirements directly into site architecture — clean URL structures, schema, fast load times, crawlable builds

AI Tools & Automation

• Use AI SEO tools: NeuronWriter, Surfer SEO, Frase
• Understand how LLMs source and cite web content
• Build content structures that feed AI knowledge graphs
• Monitor brand visibility across AI platforms
• Leverage AI-assisted web builders: Framer AI, 10Web, Durable

✅ Requirements

✓ 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in BOTH SEO and website development

✓ Marketing/SEO agency background — mandatory

✓ Proven track record ranking client websites organically

✓ Demonstrable portfolio of websites you have built and launched

✓ Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO

✓ Understanding of GEO and AI search optimization

✓ Familiarity with how ChatGPT, Perplexity & AI Overviews rank content

✓ Hands-on website development across modern platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Framer, Shopify, or custom)

✓ Strong grasp of Core Web Vitals and site performance

✓ Deep understanding of E-E-A-T and structured data/schema

✓ Ability to independently manage both SEO and web projects end-to-end

✓ Must be available full-time during EST hours
