The Role
We’re seeking an experienced B2B Sales Representative with a proven track record in the digital marketing industry. This is a full-cycle sales role — from prospecting to closing — focused on building strong relationships with North American clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outbound outreach, and networking to build a qualified sales pipeline.
- Client Engagement: Warm up leads, schedule discovery calls, and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate proposals, handle objections, and secure contracts with North American businesses.
- Account Management: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction post-sale.
- Billing & Follow-Up: Manage contracts, billing discussions, and renewals.
- Strategic Contribution: Share insights on market trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
- Leadership Potential: Ability to mentor/manage junior sales hires in the near future is a strong asset.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
- Proven ability to sell services such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and website development.
- Strong track record working with North American clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of managing the end-to-end sales cycle independently.
- Comfortable working 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (Canadian time zone).
- Managerial/leadership experience is a plus.
