This role drives strategic planning and go-to-market initiatives, uncovers business opportunities, and crafts project and communication plans. It partners with the Marketing Manager for deployment strategies and collaborates with various teams to ensure successful execution.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop holistic marketing strategies with the Marketing Manager.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage go-to-market strategies to completion.
- Lead all phases of the product marketing life cycle, including defining objectives.
- Manage project organization and track progress to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion.
- Collaborate with vendor partners to gather insights for product and program development.
- Prioritize tactical requests with product managers to support business objectives.
- Work with Marketing, Sales, Corporate Communications, Brand, and Product teams to develop programs that generate leads and retain business.
- Implement program components and incorporate consumer digital strategies.
- Develop a strategic performance measurement plan with Marketing Operations.
- Maintain strong communication and relationships to ensure successful execution of project deliverables.
- Ensure marketing programs meet agent, customer, and prospective customer needs.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 4+ years of successful marketing experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven strategic and creative thinking abilities.
- Strong project management and people management skills.
- Business aptitude and ability to interface with cross-functional teams.
- Analytical, organizational, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Efficient and effective multi-tasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable communicating with subject matter experts and supporting internal customers.
BONUS SKILLS:
- 1-2 years of insurance industry experience.
