As our Marketing Virtual Assistant, you’ll play a key role in executing and optimizing our marketing strategies across LinkedIn and YouTube, leveraging AI, automation, and data-driven insights to maximize our brand’s reach.

Important: This is a senior-level opportunity. Candidates must have at least 10 years of experience managing YouTube content strategy and 10 years working with API integrations to be considered.

Here’s What You’ll Do

Be the Voice of Our Brand:

• Virtually collaborate with the marketing team to ensure our brand identity remains strong and consistent.
• Help craft compelling messaging that reflects our values, engages our audience, and positions Portalatin Law Firm as a leader in the industry.

Create Impactful and Engaging Content:

• Manage YouTube content by optimizing videos for SEO, assisting with video editing, and developing engaging video descriptions.

Support Marketing Campaigns with Precision:

• Assist in developing and executing marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and client engagement.
• Handle API integrations to improve marketing automation and content management efficiency.
• Track performance metrics to refine strategies based on data insights.

Stay Ahead of Trends & Innovation:

• Research industry trends, monitor competitors, and identify new marketing strategies to strengthen our brand presence.

Nurture Relationships and Strengthen Our Brand Community:

• Engage with our audience by responding to YouTube comments and inquiries.
• Ensure that every interaction reinforces our brand identity and builds trust with potential clients.

Who You Are

✅ Tech-Enabled & AI-Driven

You have experience using AI tools for content creation, video editing, and marketing automation.

You're familiar with API integrations or automation tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

You have at least 10 years of experience working with APIs and automation platforms.

✅ Video Editing & Repurposing Experience

You’re skilled in tools like CapCut, Descript, Premiere Pro, or Canva for basic YouTube video editing.

You can repurpose long-form video content into bite-sized clips optimized for YouTube Shorts or other internal use.

You have at least 10 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing YouTube content.

✅ Data-Driven & Detail-Oriented

You track, analyze, and optimize marketing efforts based on engagement, reach, and lead conversion metrics.

You're proactive in experimenting with AI and automation to improve content strategy and results.

✅ Creative & Brand-Focused

You understand that marketing is more than just promotions—it’s about creating a consistent, impactful brand identity.

You’re a fast learner, adaptable, and always looking for innovative ways to connect with audiences and enhance brand presence.
