About the Role
We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Integrated Marketing Manager to lead cross-channel marketing initiatives that drive growth and deepen customer loyalty. You’ll bring customer insights to life across lifecycle, community, and organic touchpoints — crafting campaigns that resonate from the first moment of awareness through to retention.
This role is also responsible for marketing directly to Poppins' end-consumers — i.e. household employees like nannies, senior care aides, and housekeepers— and unlocking their advocacy to fuel growth. You’ll partner closely with our growth and product teams to launch programs that scale our impact and bring joy to our users.
What You’ll Do
Lifecycle Marketing: Own and optimize customer journeys (both employers and employees) to drive onboarding, activation, retention, and reactivation.
Influencer Marketing: Identify and manage relationships with relevant creators on Instagram, TikTok and Youtube to grow awareness and trust through authentic content programs.
Organic Social: Develop our social strategy and manage contractors to tell brand and customer stories across Instagram, TikTok, and other key platforms.
Campaign & Program Management: Lead multi-channel campaigns that support new product features, state launches, and other seasonal initiatives.
Employee Marketing: Develop marketing programs to engage household employees who use Poppins that turn satisfaction into advocacy.
What We’re Looking For
5-8 years of experience in integrated, lifecycle, or organic growth marketing (ideally with B2C or B2SMB brands)
A passion for using the power of social media, influencers, and community to drive growth.
Experience running lifecycle campaigns to drive growth and retention.
Empathetic, customer-obsessed thinker with curiosity and a passion for audience research
Experience running growth experiments and ability to scope objectives into prioritized, iterative projects.
Data-savvy and comfortable optimizing campaigns based on performance metrics.
Excited about the potential of AI tools to multiply marketing impact.
