The Role
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to take ownership of all marketing activities, from strategy development to execution and performance analysis. This role requires a dynamic individual who can manage end-to-end campaigns, create high-quality content, and maintain a strong focus on branding and detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute a content calendar, including blog posts, whitepapers, and promotional materials.
- Manage digital marketing activities, including SEO, social media (particularly LinkedIn), and email campaigns.
- Oversee the use of CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot.
- Track and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
- Develop and maintain marketing materials, with a strong emphasis on design and quality.
- Propose improvements to current marketing tools and strategies.
What We’re Looking For
- 5–8 years of marketing experience, ideally within a B2B or professional services environment.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to tailor content for different platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO, social media platforms, and marketing automation tools.
- Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., InDesign or Illustrator) is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Confidence in managing multiple priorities and engaging with senior stakeholders.
