At POLYWOOD®, we’re building more than outdoor furniture - we’re building a brand with unstoppable momentum. Fueled by rapid growth, innovative thinking, and an energized team, we’ve become the leader in sustainable outdoor furniture, transforming landfill- and ocean-bound plastics into products people love.

Our company is growing fast, and so is our impact. With facilities in Indiana and North Carolina - and a growing remote workforce - we’re scaling our operations while staying true to our values: high-quality craftsmanship, forward-thinking design, and a commitment to doing things the right way. Whether it's our award-winning products or our positive team culture, one thing is clear: we're just getting started.

POLYWOOD is a U.S.-based company that proudly operates from our original headquarters in Syracuse, Indiana, with an additional facility in Roxboro, North Carolina, and a burgeoning remote workforce. Since day one, we've upheld our founder’s original mission of stewardship by designing, engineering, and building beautiful outdoor furniture using sustainable materials, including landfill- and ocean-bound plastics, all with a zero-waste mindset. Our positive and inclusive culture is best described by our teams as an atmosphere of energy - a place where there is trust among each other and ongoing opportunity. Pair that with competitive pay and a suite of benefits, and you've got yourself a truly unique place to work. If you’re ready for an exciting and fulfilling career, explore our available job opportunities today.

About The Role

As a Business Analyst for Sales, Marketing & Ecommerce, you’ll sit at the intersection of insight and action. In this high-impact role, you’ll partner closely with our Ecommerce, Marketing, and Sales teams to surface performance trends, optimize campaigns, and drive strategic decision-making - all backed by clean, well-modeled data.

You’ll join a company where data is treated as a strategic asset and where your insights will directly influence how we grow, market, and serve our customers. From campaign ROI to website conversion, you’ll bring clarity to complexity and help us make smarter, faster decisions as we scale.

This is the ideal role for a self-starter who thrives on translating data into stories, collaborating across teams, and moving the business forward.
