About Polanov Tech
Polanov Tech is looking for a creative and experienced UI/UX Designer to help shape the interface and user experience of our next-generation, cloud-native hospitality platform. Our goal is to create intuitive, responsive, and elegant user flows for both web and mobile experiences that will directly impact the way hotels engage with guests and manage operations.

What You'll Do
- Design and prototype modern, responsive UIs for SaaS and cloud-native applications.
- Translate product requirements and AI-driven workflows into intuitive user experiences.
- Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Collaborate closely with engineers and product managers to ensure design feasibility and consistency.
- Maintain and evolve a scalable design system and reusable UI components.
- Work with AI/ML and full-stack teams to design intelligent, personalized, and conversational experiences.
- Iterate quickly based on feedback, usability testing, and product goals.
What We're Looking For
Experience & Technical Skills
- 4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design for SaaS platforms or enterprise apps.
- A strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile-first designs for modern cloud-native products.
- Proficiency in Figma, Framer, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience designing for multi-tenant systems or platforms with complex user flows.
- A solid understanding of accessibility, responsive design, and UX best practices.
Soft Skills
- Fluent English is required for collaboration and documentation.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A "think-outside-the-box" mentality and a willingness to explore new ideas.
- The ability to work fast and iterate often, from low-fidelity sketches to polished interfaces.
Logistics & Timeline
- Start Date: Targeting September 2025.
- Engagement: This is a 3-6 month contract role with the potential for extension.
- Schedule: Fully remote, with a minimum of 2 hours of overlap with Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
- Tools: You'll use design tools like Figma and Framer, with collaboration handled via Slack, Notion, and Jira.
