Marketing Coordinator – Content Creation & Social Media
Fully Remote | Full-time
We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who can take a project from concept to completion — editing photos and videos, designing graphics, writing captions, and scheduling posts across multiple brands. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, a knack for storytelling, and proven experience producing engaging content.
What You’ll Do
- Edit and finalize short-form videos and photos for social media and marketing materials.
- Create eye-catching graphics and videos in Canva.
- Manage and schedule social media content across multiple accounts.
- Develop and maintain websites, newsletters, email campaigns, and social media initiatives.
- Collaborate in marketing brainstorm sessions to generate fresh, creative ideas.
- Assist in lead generation and general marketing support.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, and social media content creation.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Premiere, CapCut, ChatGPT, and Google Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English fluency required).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of all major social media platforms: Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, YouTube, Google Business.
- Experience with community management, organic engagement, content strategy, calendar management, and scheduling tools (Publer, Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, Social Pilot).
- Digital marketing skills: paid campaigns, Meta Business Suite, Facebook & Instagram Ads, Google Ads, SEO best practices, email marketing, website creation & management (Squarespace, Duda, Wix, WordPress).
- A creative portfolio showcasing past work.
- Must understand how different brands have different voices.
- Hospitality experience preferred but not required (food, cocktail, hotel).
Compensation & Availability
- Monthly Retainer: R$3.5-4.5k depending on experience.
- Freelancer.
- Weekends off (occasionally needed)
- Growth opportunity.
- Work from home, full-time (40 hours/week)
- Must be available to work on Central Time business hours
